This is a square wrap/shawl/stole with Japanese fabric. It is linen and cotton mix double gauze from Japan. Japanese double gauze is two layers of thin light weight gauze fabric fused into one piece of fabric with special invisible stitches. This linen and cotton mix double gauze is still thin and sheer but a bit more weight compare to typical cotton double gauze. It is great for wearing around your neck, cover your shoulders, or you can use it as a lap cover. The color is dark blue with natural linen texture, I added small sashiko stitches on the two corners with dark blue sashiko thread. All four edges of fabric are frayed by my hand about 15mm - 20mm or so. The photos of the wrap are folded in a triangle to wear around the neck.
