Shipping policy

All the akaihana pieces will be shipped in poly mailing envelopes with water, tear and puncture resistant. For domestic shipping, we ship from Washington US by USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. There are upgrade options available at your check out.

For International shipping, USPS, DHL and UPS are available, at this point we prefer DHL or UPS due to the covid 19 situation.

Customs and import taxes
Import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply to your order. These fees vary by country, and in some cases may not be required at all. In many countries, you will be required to pay these fees when picking up your package. Unfortunately I don't have any control over them. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

About lost package, it would be consider been "lost" after certain period of time:
Domestic: 25 days from shipping date
International: 45 days from shipping date
