This is scrunchies hand-sewn by Japanese, in Kirkland WA USA. Material is 100% cotton fabric from US, it has colorful mosaic geometric with triangles, that reminds us the circus tent, so we named it "Circus". It is 100% cotton fabric so you can wash in washer machine, but hand wash preferred, or put them in the laundry nets. Hang dry or drier in low/delicate setting please. :-)
