Japanese Handmade Temari Kinchaku Purse, Hanatemari ⦿tkjp0010

This is a drawstring purse, call kinchaku in Japanese, which is made with fabric from Japan. It is a Japanese Kimono style cotton print, inside is lined with red cotton fabric. It is Japanese Cotton Chirimen. Please note that cotton chirimen is embossed fabric with a chirimen-like crinkled and uneven texture. Those embossed effects will be fade out or lost by washing, specially ironing. Real traditional Chirimen is silk, but these type of cotton chirimen is now popular because they are less expensive than silk, and also easier to take care.

The cord is Edo uchihimo, and I added wood beads for the accent. It is great for carrying your coin purses, keys, lip sticks, sanitary/toiletry items.. whatever you can think of! It is also great for carrying your earphones and cords for your phones/tablets/PCs.

Made to order, please allow max 3-5 business days. but a lots of time I have completed ones as well. If you need to rush your order, please feel free to reach me anytime, I will do my best to meet your need. :-)

Spot clean by hands, hang dry please. You can iron them if you want, but not on strings. :-) Strings can be discolored when they get wet, so please be when you wash.
