Japanese Handmade Scrunchies, Rainbow Tiles, scaf0004

This is scrunchies hand-sewn by Japanese, in Kirkland WA USA. Material is 100% cotton fabric from US. You can wash in washer machine (the use of laundry net recommended), but hand wash preferred. Hang dry or drier in low/delicate setting please. :-)
