If you like our Tenugui but don't need whole Tenugui piece, here is the handkerchief made out of them. It is square shape with finished hems. All of our original Tenugui are designed by me and carefully hand screen-printed by Tenugui special artisans at Tenugui Kobo in Takamatsu Kagawa, Japan. They mix the colors each batch and dye all by hands. The last 2 photos are not this design but showing how they worked on one of our Tenugui.
This is very high quality tenugui, the fabric is super soft Japanese 100% cotton.
About Tenugui:
Tenugui is 100% cotton multipurpose materials, people in Japan use Tenugui as a hand towel, dish towel, handkerchief, bandana, wrapping, or materials for sewing and crafting. Whatever however you want, it's up to you! It has selvages on both sides, and both ends of Tenugui are not finished. The hems are left unfinished because it dries faster since the water doesn't collect on a hem after washing. It will fray for a while, you can cut the string that came off, and eventually it should stop fraying maybe up to 1/4 - 1/3 inches or so. Some of Tenugui might be discolored the first time you wash them, so please be careful for the first few times when you wash them. :-)

Care: washer machine (cold/cool water is the best because of hand dyed), Air dry please, and iron medium/high if you desire. :-) This is real hand dyed fabric, it might discolor for the first few times of laundry, so please be careful about what to wash with.
