Hand sewn Handkerchief made with Japanese Tenugui. It is printed in special way, so that you can see the patterns in back side of fabric instead of white blank color. Both end of edges are finished. I added some little kick by one little sashiko hand stitch. Tenugui I use are all made in Japan, 100% cotton.
This is for someone who loves Tenugui but doesn't need quite big as whole tenugui pieces, or someone who prefer to have a finished hems. I also did one stitch for a little kick. :-) They are small enough to fit in your pocket, easy to take care, really high water absorbency and quick drying. Because of the character they are great for burp cloth too! They are also great as tea mats on your table. :-)
Size: about 33cm x 33cm (13in x 13in)
Care: Machine washable, medium/low dryer, Iron mid/high. Some of Tenugui might be discolored first time of laundry, so please be careful for first few times when you wash them. :-)
